How to Book Your Visit to Santa’s Grotto

To secure your visit to Santa’s Grotto, please complete the booking form below.
When filling in the form, make sure to select your preference of AM or PM for your visit.

Once your form has been submitted, Santa’s elves will be in touch shortly to confirm your allocated time slot.

Important Information About Time Slots

Time slots are assigned in 30-minute windows.
All bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
On the day of your visit, please arrive within your assigned 30-minute window to ensure your experience runs smoothly.

Our grotto is FREE but we will have a charity donation box on the day should you wish to make a donation to our chosen charity.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Time slots cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to accommodate your preferred AM/PM choice, final timings depend on availability.
Weather conditions are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the weather on the day of your visit.
In the event of adverse or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to close the grotto for the safety of Santa, his elves, and all visitors. (As seen in 2024, extreme weather may occasionally require last-minute cancellations.)
Should the grotto need to close, we will do our best to notify you as early as possible and offer alternative options where feasible.
